Penalty Notice definition

Penalty Notice means a notice given to a Person pursuant to section 5 of this By-law;
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
Penalty Notice means a notice given under section 36; and “specified date” means the date specified in the penalty notice.
