  • If a Hosted Service for Vocera Care Transition Software is provided, then subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to utilize the Hosted Service during the applicable Subscription Term solely for your internal use in conjunction with the Vocera Software, and other Products or Services you have licensed or purchased.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
