Use of Subconsultants. If Attachment B of an Approved Service Order authorizes the use of one or more subconsultants, then it will identify the name of each such subconsultant and the portion of Work each such subconsultant will perform. The Director’s prior written consent is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to the subconsultants identified in Attachment B.
Use of Subconsultants. If any work is subcontracted in any way, Consultant must execute a written contract with subconsultant containing the same Indemnification Clause and Insurance Requirements as City requires of Consultant in this Agreement. Consultant is responsible for executing the Agreement with the subconsultant and obtaining Certificates of Insurance and verifying the insurance requirements.
Use of Subconsultants. CONSULTANT shall not subcontract any services to be performed by it under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the CITY, except for service firms engaged in drawing, reproduction, typing, and printing. CONSULTANT shall be solely responsible for reimbursing any subconsultants and the CITY shall have no obligation to them.
Use of Subconsultants. Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx, Inc. may employ such consultants, engineers, or other subcontractors (collectively, “Subconsultants”) as it deems necessary or advisable in the performance of its obligations hereunder; provided Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx, Inc. must obtain Client’s prior written consent to the use of each Subconsultant, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx, Inc. will require each Subconsultant to be bound to Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx, Inc. by the terms of this Agreement to the same extent that Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx, Inc. is bound to Client, and each subcontract will expressly incorporate the terms of this Agreement by reference.
Use of Subconsultants. If any work is subcontracted in any way, CM@Risk must execute a written Agreement with subconsultant containing the same Indemnification Clause and Insurance Requirements as City requires of CM@Risk in this Agreement. CM@Risk is responsible for executing the Agreement with the subconsultant and obtaining Certificates of Insurance and verifying the insurance requirements.
Use of Subconsultants. If any work under this agreement is subcontracted in any way, Consultant shall execute written agreement with SubConsultant containing the same Indemnification Clause and Insurance Requirements set forth herein protecting City of Buckeye and Consultant. Consultant shall be responsible for executing the agreement with SubConsultant and obtaining Certificates of Insurance verifying the insurance requirements.
Use of Subconsultants. It is understood by the parties to this Agreement that the Work of the CONSULTANT is considered personal by the DEPARTMENT. The CONSULTANT agrees not to assign, sublet or transfer any or all of its interest in this Agreement without prior written approval of the DEPARTMENT. The DEPARTMENT reserves the right to review all subcontracts prepared in connection with the Agreement, and the CONSULTANT agrees that it shall submit to the DEPARTMENT, upon request, proposed sub‑contract documents together with sub‑contractor cost estimates for the review and written concurrence of the DEPARTMENT in advance of their execution. All reimbursable direct labor, overhead, direct non-salary costs and fixed fee costs for the subconsultants shall be substantiated in the same manner as outlined in Exhibit C - Fee Schedule, which will be attached to Project Task Order as issued. All subcontracts shall contain all applicable provisions of this AGREEMENT.
Use of Subconsultants. The Consultant's use and replacement of any subConsultants shall be approved in writing by the Customer. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approved subConsultants must be named in Appendix 4.
Use of Subconsultants. 7.1 to Use: Attachment B of each Approved Service Order will state whether or not the Consultant can use subconsultants to provide any part of the Work. If Attachment B does not authorize the Consultant to use then the Director's written required for the Consultant to use a subconsultant to perform any part of the Work.
Use of Subconsultants. The CITY approves the use of the Baltimore Community Foundation as a subconsultant to HNI to assist in the management of the Grant and of the sub-recipients and their approved projects. HNI may use additional subconsultants provided that the CITY is notified in writing prior to the execution of any Agreements with subconsultants and PCDA is informed of the use of additional subconsultants. HNI agrees that it shall provide the City with copies of agreements within ten days of their execution.
