University Material definition

University Material means all content, data, materials, and Intellectual Property Rights in content, data, and materials that are provided by FGC or its partners for Career and Workforce Development Dual Enrollment offerings.
University Material means any material provided by the University to the Group for the purposes of this Assignment, or which is copied or derived from material so provided;
University Material means all Distance Course content, data and materials provided by the University to Company for the Distance Programs.

University Material means all Existing Material provided to the Contractor by the University under this Agreement. University Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures provided by the University to the Contractor from time to time.
University Material means the Material made available by the University for the Project, including that which is identified in section 5 of Schedule 3 and includes any Research Tools. Use unless otherwise set out in section 2 of Schedule 3, means to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, communicate, broadcast, distribute or publish in each case solely within the party's own organisation and any of its Affiliates and includes sublicensing such rights for Use within the party's own organisation and any of its Affiliates, and excludes Commercialisation or publication outside of the party and its Affiliates.

Related to University Material

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Activity Material means any Material, other than Reporting Material, created or developed by the Grantee as a result of the Activity and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Activity Material.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.
