Power Ujamaa will serve as the chairperson and as OSHA’s primary contact.
If OSHA or Power Ujamaa chooses to terminate its participation in the partnership, the entire agreement is terminated.
Power Ujamaa and its contractors, in association with the U.S. Department of Labor/Occupational Safety and Health Administration – Chicago North Area Office, Illinois On-Site Safety and Health Consultation, and all listed Labor Unions, will form a partnership committee to monitor the implementation of this Agreement.
