Counterpart Funds definition

Counterpart Funds means the local currency generated from the Loan proceeds under the Program and referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Loan Agreement;
Counterpart Funds means the Rupiah proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the proceeds of the Loan under the Program and referred to in Schedules 1 and 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Counterpart Funds means the Peso proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the proceeds of the Loan under the Program and referred to in Schedules 1 and 5 to this Loan Agreement;

More Definitions of Counterpart Funds

Counterpart Funds means the Rupee proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the Loan proceeds under the Program;
Counterpart Funds means the local currency generated from the Grant proceeds under the Program and referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement;
Counterpart Funds means the Rupee proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the Loan proceeds under the Program and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the Special Operations Loan Agreement.

Counterpart Funds means the Cambodian Xxxx proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the Loan proceeds under the Program and referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Counterpart Funds has the meaning given to such term in Section I.F.1 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement.
