Counterpart Funds definition
Counterpart Funds means the local currency generated from the Loan proceeds under the Program and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Loan Agreement;
Counterpart Funds means the Rupiah proceeds accruing to the Borrower and generated from the proceeds of the Loan under the Program and referred to in Schedules 1 and 5 to this Loan Agreement;
