Trustor Request definition

Trustor Request. A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Trustor by any of its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, a Vice President, its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Guarantor Request or “Guarantor Order” means, with respect to any Guarantor, a written request or order signed in the name of such Guarantor by any two Officers of such Guarantor.

  • Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Transfer Request means the communication by an authorized account representative or an alternate authorized account representative to the accounts administrator to register into the tracking system the transfer of allowances between accounts.

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Issuing Entity Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • Third Party Request means a written request from any third party for disclosure of Personal Data where compliance with such request is required or purported to be required by law or regulation.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Master Servicing Officer Any officer of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and master servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Servicing Officer Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.

  • Request means the Client's order to the Company to obtain a quote. Such a request shall not constitute an obligation to make a transaction.

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.

  • Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.
