Advance Request definition

Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

Advance Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Agent in substantially the form of Exhibit A, which account numbers shall be redacted for security purposes if and when filed publicly by the Borrower.

• All Borrower’s Inventory and Equipment is located only at the location set forth in Section 10 hereof (as updated in a Revolving Advance Request or a Compliance Certificate, in each case, most recently delivered to Bank).

• However, in exceptional cases, advance may be drawn by filling the Travel Advance Request Form (TARF):Annexure – 4, with special approval from Principal/Management.
