Bona Fide Request definition

Bona Fide Request. (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.
Bona Fide Request means the process described on Schedule 2.2.
Bona Fide Request or "BFR" means the process described on Exhibit B that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provide a BFR Item (as defined in Exhibit B) not otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement.

Bona Fide Request means the process described in Exhibit B that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party’s request that the other Party provide an unbundled Network Element that it is not otherwise required to provided under the terms of this Agreement.
