Bona Fide Request. (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.

The Bona Fide Request (BFR) process is intended to be used when the terms and conditions for services, features, capabilities or functionalities requested by CD have not been previously defined and agreed upon by the Parties.
CD may use the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process specified in Article VII of this Agreement to request CenturyTel to construct additional facilities at CD expense.
