Disbursement Request definition
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Agent and the Trustee in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Account in accordance with Section 2.21, as applicable.
Disbursement Request has the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(a).
Examples of Disbursement Request in a sentence
Any such draw request made by an Obligor, along with wiring instructions for the applicable Obligor, shall be forwarded by the Borrower or the Servicer to the Collateral Agent (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) in the form of a Disbursement Request, and the Collateral Agent shall instruct the Account Bank to fund such draw request in accordance with the Disbursement Request.

Disbursement Request has the meaning provided in Section 3.1(a).
Disbursement Request means a request for a disbursement of the Loan made by an Authorized Representative in such form as the Finance Authority may from time to time prescribe.
