Issuance Request definition

Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.

Issuance Request means a request and certificate duly executed by the chief executive, accounting or financial authorized officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto (with such changes thereto as may be agreed upon from time to time by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).

Issuance Request means a request and certificate duly executed by an authorized officer of Celestica in substantially the form of Schedule K attached hereto;

Examples of Issuance Request in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Agreement or any Letter of Credit Issuance Request, in the event of any conflict between the terms hereof and the terms of any Letter of Credit Issuance Request, the terms hereof shall control.

• Subject to Section 2.3.2, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request if Loans are being requested, or an Issuance Request if a Letter of Credit is being requested or extended.

• In the case of a request for an amendment of any outstanding Letter of Credit, such Letter of Credit Issuance Request shall specify in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the relevant L/C Issuer (1) the Letter of Credit to be amended; (2) the proposed date of amendment thereof (which shall be a Business Day); (3) the nature of the proposed amendment; and (4) such other matters as the relevant L/C Issuer may reasonably request.

• Such Letter of Credit Issuance Request must be received by the relevant L/C Issuer and the Administrative Agent not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) at least two Business Days prior to the proposed issuance date or date of amendment, as the case may be; or, in each case, such other date and time as the relevant L/C Issuer may agree in a particular instance in its sole discretion.

• Upon receipt of an Issuance Request, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Issuer and each Lender thereof.

Issuance Request has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.12(b).

Issuance Request means a request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit and certificate duly executed by the chief executive, accounting or financial Authorized Officer of the Borrower, in substantially the form of EXHIBIT M attached hereto (with such changes thereto as may be agreed upon from time to time by the Issuer and the Borrower).
