FACILITIES AND RESOURCES herein enclosed as ANNEXURE “B” in the matter of recovery of amounts due from the C&F AGENT to HPCL for which Notice or Debit Notes or invoices or claims have been made/sent by HPCL.

FACILITIES AND RESOURCES means all the common facilities and resources of ABMCPL, including centres of excellence, to provide support in various domain areas, including without limitation the areas broadly described in Annexure 1.
