Air transportation services on Air Canada are subject to Air Canada’s General Conditions of Carriage & Tariffs (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) in effect at the time of booking.
Air transportation to and from the site shall be the sole method of transportation that an employee shall use to arrive at the site to commence their work and to depart the site, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Air transportation for a pilot and his spouse shall be provided to the new domicile for housing searches and relocation to such domicile.
By way of example, but not of limitation, travel expenses will not include any charges for: • Transplant travel benefit costs incurred within 200 miles of your home; • Laundry bills; • Telephone bills; • Alcohol or tobacco products; • Air transportation charges which exceed coach class rates; • Car rentals charges above economy; and • Any food charges above the per person per diem rate.
Air transportation services may be provided by Chilean or foreign companies subject to the condition that, along the routes in which they operate, foreigners grant similar rights to Chilean aviation companies when so requested.
