Transport Contractor definition

Transport Contractor means a person, firm or company appointed by the Managing Director or the District Manager of the OSCSC Ltd.
Transport Contractor means the Tenderer whose tender has been accepted by the Purchaser, and on whom the Contract is concluded by the Purchaser, and shall include his heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assignees.
