Third Party Payors definition

Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.
Third Party Payors means any private health insurance company that is obligated to reimburse or otherwise make payments to pharmacies which sell prescription drugs to eligible patients under Medicare, Medicaid or any insurance contract with such private health insurer.
Third Party Payors means all Governmental Programs and all other governmental insurance programs and private, non-governmental insurance and managed care programs.

Third Party Payors means each Person which makes payment under a Third-Party Payor Program, and each Person which administers a Third-Party Payor Program.
