Preferred Provider. OSI shall include BISYS, and its affiliates, as a recommended preferred provider to deliver the following additional wrap-around services to OSI direct customers of the System and as applicable to prospective customers:
Preferred Provider. (a) The Company and its Subsidiaries shall not market, offer, provide or resell interexchange services, except (i) interexchange services that constitute Company Communication Services and (ii) interexchange services procured from AT&T Corp. or an Affiliate thereof designated by AT&T Corp. Such interexchange services shall be provided by AT&T Corp. or such Affiliate at a reasonable rate per minute, subject to mutual agreement as to all the terms of the agreement to provide such services, including, without limitation, the volume commitment and duration.
Preferred Provider. Preferred Provider" refers to a designation by ------------------ Level 3 under Level 3's "Value Added Partner" program where Level 3 recommends (with appropriate disclaimers of any liability resulting from a customer's reliance on such recommendation) the services and/or products provided by a Preferred Provider based on the unique capabilities of the designated company.

Preferred Provider. Xxxxxx.xxx will be the preferred provider of Virtual ------------------ Tours Images for the Company Site. Company will not directly or indirectly promote itself, or act, as a provider of Virtual Tour Images, nor will it promote, display ads for or use the services of any third party acting in such capacity. In addition, Company will not permit any Virtual Tour Images of any third party to be posted to, linked to or otherwise made accessible through the Company Site. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Company will not be restricted from accommodating alternative Virtual Tour Images already posted or linked to the Company Sites or from allowing Company customers that use a provider of Virtual Tours Images other than xxxxxx.xxx to link to the Company Site.
Preferred Provider. (Center of Excellence): Preferred Provider shall be defined as a Participating Provider that is a Hospital or Ambulatory Surgical Center located outside of the Service Area. The Hospital or Ambulatory Surgical Center shall be a Participating Provider at the time Services are rendered to the Covered Person and shall be specifically designated by name as a Preferred Provider in the more recent of Company's most current member brochure or Company's most current updated provider directory.
Preferred Provider. 1.1 PPD shall provide Clinical Development Activities for Sponsor and except as noted in Section 1.2, Sponsor agrees to award all Clinical Development Activities to PPD or a PPD Affiliate. The term “

The Partnership and its Subsidiaries shall contract with each Partner, its Affiliates and third parties, as appropriate, on a negotiated arms-length basis, for services they may require, which may include billing and information systems and marketing and sales services. The Partnership and its Subsidiaries may in the normal course of their respective businesses enter into transactions with the Partners and their respective Affiliates, provided that the Partnership Board by the requisite vote pursuant to Section 8.6 has determined that the price and other terms of such transactions are fair to the Partnership and its Subsidiaries and that the price and other terms of such transaction are not less favorable to the Partnership and its Subsidiaries than those generally prevailing with respect to comparable transactions involving non-Affiliates of Partners. Subject to the foregoing, the Partnership Board, acting in accordance with Section 8.6, may in its discretion elect from time to time to provide rights of first opportunity to various Partners or their Affiliates to provide services to the Partnership and its Subsidiaries; provided that the Partnership Board shall have adopted, by Unanimous Vote, procedures (including conflict avoidance procedures) relating generally to such right of first opportunity arrangements, and the provision of such rights and all matters related to the exercise thereof shall be subject to and effected in a manner consistent with such procedures. The Partnership and its Subsidiaries are expressly authorized to enter into the agreements expressly referred to in this Section 8.

(a) The Company and its Subsidiaries shall not market, offer, provide or resell interexchange services, except (i) interexchange services that constitute Company Communication Services, and (ii) interexchange services procured from AT&T Corp. or an Affiliate thereof designated by AT&T Corp. Such interexchange services shall be provided by AT&T Corp. or such Affiliate at the same rates as the rates charged by AT&T Corp. or such Affiliate to other similarly situated carriers. It is anticipated that such services will be provided by AT&T Corp. or such Affiliate pursuant to an agreement incorporating such rates. Upon specific request of any customer, the Company may permit such customer to utilize the interexchange services of another interexchange provider (including the interexchange services of AT&T Corp. and its Affiliates), provided, however, that neither the Company nor any Affiliate thereof will accept any referral fee, commission, credit against its long distance xxxx, or any other remuneration, directly or indirectly, from such other provider in exchange for permitting its customers to utilize such other interexchange provider. The Company covenants and agrees that neither it nor its Subsidiaries will market, offer, promote or otherwise encourage its customers to utilize the interexchange services of any Person other than the Company (such services having been procured as set forth above by the Company from AT&T Corp. or an Affiliate thereof) or AT&T Corp. or an Affiliate thereof.
