Third Party Items definition

Third Party Items means Third Party Content and Third Party Products.
Third Party Items means End User, supplier, licensor or another third party: (i) software or software applications including, without limitation, commercially licensed software and open source software, (ii) content of any type including, without limitation, databases or lists, (iii) services including, without limitation, internet connectivity, systems, airtime services, wireless networks and non-Sandvine websites, and (iv) devices, network elements, servers, equipment and other hardware products.
Third Party Items means Customer or any third party: (i) software, including applications; (ii) content; (iii) services, including Cloud Computing Environments, internet connectivity, systems, airtime services, wireless networks and non-BlackBerry websites; and (iv) devices, servers, equipment and other hardware products.

Examples of Third Party Items in a sentence

  • You shall remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the effective date of termination in relation to the affected Software, RIM Services and Third Party Items, including amounts charged to Your authorized mode of payment.

More Definitions of Third Party Items

Third Party Items means data, information, software and functions originating with or provided by Third Party Sources.
Third Party Items means hardware, equipment and software manufactured and developed by parties other than ES&S.
Third Party Items means End User, other third party suppliers and licensors or another third party: (i) software or software applications including, without limitation, commercially licensed software and open source software, (ii) content of any type including, without limitation, Lists, (iii) services including, without limitation, internet connectivity, systems, airtime services, wireless networks, network bandwidth, network connection and quality, and non-Sandvine websites, and (iv) devices, network elements, servers, equipment, disk space, memory, central processing units, and other hardware products. Third Party Items includes hardware obtained by the End User directly from an original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”), or from a distributor of the OEM hardware, or from a Sandvine- authorized resellers where Sandvine did not originally supply the OEM hardware to the Sandvine-authorized reseller (“OEM Hardware”).
Third Party Items has the meaning given in Section IV.C.l.a.
Third Party Items means third party data, services, content, assets or other third party materials, items or rights used by Decidable in the provision of the Services;
