Term Facility Documents definition

Term Facility Documents means the Term Facility, the Term Facility Security Documents and any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Term Facility or the Term Facility Security Documents evidencing or governing the obligations thereunder.

Term Facility Documents means that certain Credit Agreement dated March 27, 2007, by and among the Borrower, the financial institutions named therein (including Bank of America, N.A.) and the Term Agent and any promissory notes executed in connection therewith, security instruments and any other agreements executed in connection with such Credit Agreement as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time to the extent permitted under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Term Facility Documents

Term Facility Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Facility Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time, or refunded, refinanced, restructured, replaced, renewed, repaid, increased or extended, in whole or in part, from time to time in accordance with Section 7.03 to the extent applicable (other than any agreement, document or instrument that expressly provides that it is not intended to be and is not a Term Facility Document).

Term Facility Documents means that certain Senior Term Credit Agreement of even date herewith by and among Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of Borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent and any promissory notes executed in connection therewith, security instruments and any other agreements executed in connection with such Senior Term Credit Agreement as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time to the extent permitted under this Agreement.
