Refinancing Documents definition

Refinancing Documents means each of the agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Refinancing.
Refinancing Documents means all pay-off letters, guaranty releases, Lien releases (including, without limitation, UCC termination statements) and other documents and agreements entered into in connection with the Refinancing.

More Definitions of Refinancing Documents

Refinancing Documents means all documents entered into to effect the Refinancing.
