Term Agent definition

Term Agent shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successor thereto as well as any Person designated as the “Agent”, “Administrative Agent”, “Collateral Agent”, “Trustee”, “Collateral Trustee” or similar term under any Term Credit Agreement.
Term Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the Base Intercreditor Agreement or the Cash Flow Intercreditor Agreement, as applicable.
Term Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Term Loan Agreement or any successor agent thereto.

Term Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Term Documents, or any successor administrative agent or collateral agent under the Term Documents.
