OTHER AGREEMENTS EXECUTED. (i) The Practice shall have executed and delivered an Employment Agreement with each Shareholder and other Physician Practice Employees in the form required by the Management Services Agreement, (ii) PSC shall have executed and delivered the Management Services Agreement, and (iii) meeting the requirements of Section 5.8 above, Parent shall have executed and delivered the Registration Rights Agreement.
OTHER AGREEMENTS EXECUTED.
