Incremental Facility Agreement definition
Incremental Facility Agreement means an amendment to this Agreement that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower executed by each of (a) the Borrower, (b) the Administrative Agent and (c) each Lender that agrees to provide all or any portion of the Incremental Facility being incurred pursuant thereto and in accordance with Section 2.22.
Incremental Facility Agreement means an amendment to this Agreement that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (to the extent required by Section 2.21) and the Borrower executed by each of (a) Holdings and the Borrower, (b) the Administrative Agent and (c) each Lender that agrees to provide all or any portion of the Incremental Facility being incurred pursuant thereto and in accordance with Section 2.22.
Incremental Facility Agreement means an Incremental Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Lenders, establishing Incremental Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.20.
Examples of Incremental Facility Agreement in a sentence
Any Incremental Term Facilities established pursuant to an Incremental Facility Agreement (other than any Incremental Term Facilities having terms identical to the Term B Loans made on the First Amendment2025 Refinancing Facility Effective Date) that have identical terms, and any Incremental Term Loans made thereunder, shall be designated as a separate series (each a “Series”) of Incremental Term Commitments and Incremental Term Loans for all purposes of this Agreement.
