T-Mobile Network definition

T-Mobile Network means the wireless network generally accessible to Customers and to DISH and its End Users (i.e., currently LTE), and including future updates, improvements or releases to such network technologies (“Updates”; for clarity, upon deployment, 5G and 6G are Updates; provided, however that Updates to the T-Mobile Network for purposes of IoT Service are only as described in the IoT Addendum), including the Facilities that are operated by T-Mobile or any of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, and any successor networks to the T-Mobile Network that are operated by T-Mobile to provide the Service as contemplated by Section 2 or, subject to the express terms of this Agreement, wireless communications services of the same or similar type as the Service. The T-Mobile Network does not include the Legacy Network or any facilities operated by roaming carriers or by any entity that is not T-Mobile or a T-Mobile wholly-owned subsidiary.
T-Mobile Network means T-Mobile’s telecommunications network, including without limitation the SMSC and T-Mobile Gateway. Other initially capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings described within the text of this Agreement.
T-Mobile Network means the T-Mobile DCS 1800 and UMTS/HSDPA mobile telecommunications network, including all network elements, in the Netherlands, as described in Appendix 1.

Examples of T-Mobile Network in a sentence

  • T-Mobile will enable DISH to port Numbers off of the T-Mobile Network.

  • Further, following the date that is six (6) months from the Change of Control Date, DISH will not be authorized to access the Service Transaction Gateway to add any new End Users or SIM Cards to the T-Mobile Network (but shall have continued access to the Service Transaction Gateway to support then existing End Users and SIM Cards).

  • In the event of a Change of Control, T-Mobile will continue to provide Roaming Services on the T-Mobile Network [***].

  • Before Company commercially launches each Service via the SMSC (either via a SMPP Connection or via the T-Mobile Gateway), Company will (i) obtain the Short Codes that Company or the Third Party Provider needs to run the Service from the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (“CTIA”) Common Short Code program and (ii) provide T-Mobile a list of the Short Codes from CTIA for approval for use in connection with the T-Mobile Network.

  • Company agrees to maintain an appropriate level of security and integrity for the Services and Company Connection and all transactions between Company, Third Party Providers, and Subscribers, including but not limited to, implementing procedures to prevent third parties who use the Services from sending or transmitting to Subscribers (i) unsolicited data or messages, (ii) viruses, or (iii) a volume of messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, etc.) that unreasonably burdens the T-Mobile Network.

  • In addition to the foregoing, Cogent will comply with Exhibit A, Data Protection Requirements, attached hereto, in its handling of T-Mobile Network Information.

  • Company will provide a 99% up time for all Services, excluding only mutually-agreed scheduled maintenance time and any Outage due solely to failure of the T-Mobile Network (“Company Service Threshold”).

  • If, as of the Effective Date, Company is transmitting messages through the T-Mobile Network in violation of this Section 2(n), Company shall have thirty (30) days following the Effective Date to cease sending messages that violate the terms of this Section 2(n).

  • Company will pay T-Mobile a one-time non-recurring set-up fee of [*] for each Short Code that Company or its Third Party Provider integrates with the T-Mobile Network in excess of one (1) Short Code (“Short Code Activation Fee”).

  • Company and Third Party Providers will not send any Messages via the T-Mobile Network that include characters other than those included in the then-current T-Mobile SMPP character set.

Related to T-Mobile Network

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Mobile Phone means the mobile telephone device which You use to receive the One-Time Passcode.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;

  • DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.
