Suspension of access definition

Suspension of access means blocking the access to the Registry or to one’s own account. The account itself shall remain in existence. In principle, suspension of access is only a temporary measure. Once the situation giving rise to the suspension has been resolved the suspension of the relevant account shall be lifted or the account shall be definitely closed.
Suspension of access. We may suspend access to the Programs or the Services by you or any member of your Workforce immediately pending your cure of any breach of this Agreement, or in the event we determine in our sole discretion that access to or use of the Programs or Services by you or the member of your Workforce may jeopardize the Programs or Services or the confidentiality, privacy, security, integrity or availability of information within the Programs and or Services, or that you or the member of your Workforce has violated or may violate this Agreement or our Policies and Procedures, or has jeopardized or may jeopardize the rights of any third party, or that any person is or may be making unauthorized use of the Programs and or Services with any User ID assigned to you or a member of your Workforce. We may terminate the access of any member of your Authorized Workforce upon termination or change in status of his employment with you. Our election to suspend the Services shall not waive or affect our rights to terminate this Agreement as permitted under this Agreement. This Agreement and the rights granted are effective until terminated. Licensee’s rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from CureMD if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Sections which by their terms contemplate survival will survive any termination of this Agreement. As explained earlier, CureMD reserves the right to update the terms of this Agreement from time to time without notice and acceptance to the updated agreement shall be secured either electronically or on paper at the sole discretion of CureMD. The latest copy of the Agreement may be downloaded from within the CureMD Programs at any time or may be requested via fax or email. Upon the effective date of termination of this Agreement, for any reason, the Licensee shall promptly:

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.   • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the sum of Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement and Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement.

  • Suspension Period shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(b).

  • Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:

  • End of Suspension Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(f)(ii).

  • Benchmark Modification or Cessation Event means, in respect of the Benchmark any of the following has occurred or will occur:

  • Request for Extension of Credit means (a) with respect to a Borrowing of Loans (including Swing Line Loans) or the conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice and (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Initial Extension of Credit means the earlier to occur of the initial Borrowing and the initial issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Solicitation Amendment (or Addendum means a written document that is authorized by the Procurement Officer and issued for the purpose of making changes to the Solicitation.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Grace Period Extension Date means, if:

  • extended producer responsibility ’ (EPR) means responsibility of any producer of packaging products such as plastic, tin, glass, wrappers and corrugated boxes, etc., for environmentally sound management, till end-of-life of the packaging products ;

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.

  • Suspension Order means a notice issued by OCCL directing a licensee to stop providing child care as of a specific date. While the license is suspended, a licensee may not provide child care.

  • STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
