Additional Disruption Event definition

Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.
Additional Disruption Event means any Change in Law, Hedging Disruption, Increased Cost of Hedging and/or Insolvency Filing.

  • Following the occurrence of an Additional Disruption Event, the Calculation Agent will determine whether or not the Preference Shares shall continue or be redeemed early.
