Successful Start-Up definition

Successful Start-Up means that the combustion turbine has completed Start-Up no later than 30 minutes after the time required by Buyer’s Schedule and is online for at least the Minimum Run Time as defined for a given Unit per Appendix II.

Successful Start-Up means a Start-Up after which the applicable Committed Unit achieves the Dispatched generation level for a minimum of four (4) hours during any day's Dispatch period, provided such hours do not have to be consecutive.
