Standard Employee definition

Standard Employee is an employee who attains seniority upon completion of 40 weeks probation (as described in section 7.03) and who has been hired to progress to the status of a Regular Seniority employee. The Standard employee shall serve his probation period (40 weeks) plus sixty (60) weeks worked from the date of completion of probation and shall, in accordance with Letter #3, be reclassified as a Regular Seniority employee, provided there are positions available within the overall allotment of points.
Standard Employee or “non-key employee” means any employee of a gaming operation who works in any capacity except primary management officials and key employees.

  • On or prior to the date hereof, the Employee will execute and deliver to the Company the Standard Employee Agreement Regarding Inventions Confidentiality and Non-Competition as amended in June 2013 attached as Exhibit C hereto.

  • Each Employee Vadium has ever employed has executed its Standard Employee Proprietary Information and Assignment Agreement, a copy of which is attached to the Disclosure Schedule.

  • In addition, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Dakotah Executive Discretionary Bonus Plan, as well as Dakotah's Standard Employee Benefit Plan.

  • In order to protect the interest of the Company, Employee shall, contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, execute the Company's Standard Employee confidentiality and Inventions Agreement.

Related to Standard Employee

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which he or she customarily and regularly receives more than thirty dollars ($30) per month in tips; and

  • Contract employee means an employee performing services under a PEO services contract or

  • School employee means (1) a teacher, substitute teacher, school administrator, school superintendent, guidance counselor, psychologist, social worker, nurse, physician, school paraprofessional or coach employed by a local or regional board of education or working in a public elementary, middle or high school; or (2) any other individual who, in the performance of his or her duties, has regular contact with students and who provides services to or on behalf of students enrolled in a public elementary, middle or high school, pursuant to a contract with the local or regional board of education.

  • Salaried Employee means an employee who is not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act who regularly receives each pay period a predetermined amount constituting all or part of compensation. This base salary cannot be reduced because of variations in the quality or quantity of work performed.
