Management officials definition

Management officials means those individuals within Applicant’s organization who have substantial responsibility for the direction and control of Applicant’s policies and operations. They include but are not limited to:
Management officials means the City Manager, department heads, and their designated representatives acting in their executive, administrative, or ministerial capacity as authorized or prescribed by the Santa Monica Municipal Code and/or the Charter of the City of Santa Monica.

  • On a case-by-case basis, U.S. DOT Financial Management officials may waive the requirement for a Recipient to register and use the DELPHI eInvoicing System.

  • Management officials retain the right and obligation to determine the method, number and kinds of personnel by which operations undertaken by employees in the unit are to be conducted, including the right to subcontract work and to designate the work to be performed by the Employer or others and the places and the manner in which it is to be performed, which right shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Excluded: Management officials, supervisors, professionals and employees described in 5 U.S.C. 7112(b) (2), (3), (4), (6) and (7).

  • The terms of this Agreement apply to all professional and non-professional employees of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), excluding: • Employees in the Office of Border Patrol who are assigned to Border Patrol Sectors; • Employees of the Office of Chief Counsel; and • Management officials, supervisors, and other employees excluded from the bargaining unit in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 7112(b)(2), (3), (4), (6) and (7).

Related to Management officials

  • Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.

  • competent official means a person appointed by the Minister for the execution of this Act;
