Examples of Gaming Operation in a sentence
All persons in any way connected with the Gaming Operation or Facility who are required to be licensed or to submit to a background investigation under IGRA, and any others required to be licensed under this Gaming Compact, including, but not limited to, all Gaming Employees and Gaming Resource Suppliers, and any other person having a significant influence over the Gaming Operation must be licensed by the Tribal Gaming Agency.
Upon commencement of operations of a Gaming Operation, the SGA shall make a good faith estimate of the cost of regulating the Tribe’s activities under this Appendix for the remainder of the calendar year.
The Gaming Operation authorized under this Compact shall be owned solely by the Tribe.
It recognizes and respects the primary role of the Tribal Gaming Agency to perform on-site regulation and to protect the integrity of the Gaming Activities, the reputation of the Tribe and the Gaming Operation for honesty and fairness, and to maintain the confidence of patrons that tribal governmental gaming in California meets the highest standards of regulation and internal controls.
Promote ethical practices in conjunction with that gaming, through the licensing and control of persons and entities employed in, or providing goods and services to, the Tribe's Gaming Operation and protecting against the presence or participation of persons whose criminal backgrounds, reputations, character, or associations make them unsuitable for participation in gaming, thereby maintaining a high level of integrity in tribal government gaming.
