Gaming Operation definition

Gaming Operation means the business enterprise that offers and operates Gaming Activities, whether exclusively or otherwise.

More Definitions of Gaming Operation

Gaming Operation means a "gaming operation" as defined in NIGC regulations, 25 C.F.R. Section 502.10.
