Special Obligors definition

Special Obligors means any Obligors, together with their Affiliates, identified as a "Special Obligor" on the most recent Servicer Report by the Servicer;

Special Obligors are Obligors designated by the Administrative Agent and the Required Committed Purchasers (in their sole discretion upon Tyson's request) and approved by the Rating Agencies which will each be permitted to exceed the Concentration Factor. The names of the Special Obligors and the percentages applicable to each of the Special Obligors will be specified on Schedule C to the Receivables Transfer Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended or modified by the Funding Agents and approved by the Rating Agencies from time to time to add or delete Obligors or to change the percentages applicable to Special Obligors. The initial Special Obligors and the applicable percentages will be specified on Schedule C as of the Closing Date. At such time as the requirements in Schedule C are not met by any Obligor, the Concentration Factor for such Obligor will be calculated as specified in the definition of Concentration Factor. 188

More Definitions of Special Obligors

Special Obligors means the Obligors (as such term is defined in the Receivables Funding Documents) set forth on Schedule II to this Agreement.
Special Obligors means (a) Xxxx’x Companies, Inc. and its Affiliates, Advance Stores Company, Inc., AutoZone, Inc., The PepBoys - Manny, Moe & Xxxx, a Pennsylvania corporation, and their Affiliates, (b) solely with respect to Receivables arising on or after June 26, 2011, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and its Affiliates, (c) solely with respect to Receivables arising on or after June 26, 2011, X’Xxxxxx Automotive, Inc. and its Affiliates, (d) solely with respect to Receivables arising on or after October 31, 2012, Xxxxxx Corporation, The Dial Corporation and their Affiliates, and (e) solely with respect to Receivables arising on or after March 31, 0000, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Corporation and its Affiliates. Subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), the term “Special Obligors” shall also include any entity reasonably requested by the Transferor.
Special Obligors means as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing to but not including the next Settlement Report Date, the Obligors designated as such by the Company, each of which shall be an Obligor that is unrated or rated below "investment grade" as to which the concentration limit would otherwise be 2.5% but which, as to those Obligors designated as Special Obligors, shall be 5%. The Company may designate up to three Special Obligors in any one Settlement Period, which shall be selected from the following Companies: BT Office Products International Inc., Corporate Express Inc., U.S. Office Products Company, Inc., Staples Inc., Bestbuy Supply Depot Corp. or Boise Cascade Office Products Corporation.
Special Obligors means Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation and Daimler Chrysler Corporation; provided, however, that if at any time any such entity becomes subject to a Downgrade, such entity shall no longer be treated as a Special Obligor hereunder.
