Class B Monthly Principal definition

Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

Class B Monthly Principal shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(b).

Class B Monthly Principal means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Class B Percentage of Available Principal for such Distribution Date plus the Class B Percentage of Realized Losses with respect to the related Collection Period.

Class B Monthly Principal means that portion of Monthly Principal to be paid to Class B Noteholders on each Payment Date in accordance with Section 9.04.
