Xxxxxx Corporation definition

Xxxxxx Corporation shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals ------------------ to this Agreement.
Xxxxxx Corporation means Xxxxxx Corporation, a Minnesota corporation with its principal executive offices at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Drive, North Mankato, Minnesota 56003, and all subsidiaries and division thereof.
Xxxxxx Corporation means Xxxxxx Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and owner of 100% of all of the Borrower's capital stock.
