This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Receivables Parties, the Receivables Agent, the Receivables Sellers, the Initial TC Servicer, the Transition Bond Issuer, the Transition Bond Trustee for the benefit of itself, the holders of Transition Bonds and any credit enhancement provider, and the Utility, and no other person or entity shall have any rights, benefits, priority or interest under or because of the existence of this Agreement.
Meetings of the National Council and Regional Boards shall be held at such time and place and upon such notice as the National Council and Regional Boards, respectively, may decide.
