Special Events Committee definition

Special Events Committee means the Committee that is designated by the Mayor to approve Special Event Permit applications pursuant to Chapter 470 of the City Code.
Special Events Committee means the committee designated to review applications for special events permits and recommend approval, conditional approval or denial to the office of the Mayor of the City of Biloxi.
Special Events Committee or “Committee” shall mean the Special Events Committee formed pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
