Nomination and Remuneration Committee definition

Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee means the committee constituted by Board in accordance with the provisions of section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 19 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee means the committee constituted by Board in accordance with the provisions of section 178 of the companies Act, 2013 and clause 49 of the Equity Listing Agreement.

More Definitions of Nomination and Remuneration Committee
