Solicited or "solicitation" shall be defined to mean to endeavor to obtain the business of a client of the Company either by asking, requesting, persuading, imploring, courting, importuning or wooing the client orally or in writing in any manner whatsoever or by responding in any manner whatsoever to any inquiry or other communication whatsoever initiated by or on behalf of a client in any way relating to the architectural or engineering needs of the client (including, but not limited to, the submission of a formal bid or proposal for the business of the client).
