Regulation 14A definition

Regulation 14A shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.01(a).
Regulation 14A means Regulation 14A under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as may be amended from time to time;
Regulation 14A means Regulation 14A under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as may be amended from time to time; “SEC” means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission;
