Client of the Company definition

Client of the Company means any financial institution or any other entity for whom the Company provides mortgage loan servicing and sub-servicing services or solutions.
Client of the Company means any person or entity which is or was a client of the Company at any time during the one (1) year period prior to the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company or any person or entity which the Company is or was soliciting during the one (1) year period prior to the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company. More Definitions of Client of the Company

Client of the Company is defined in paragraph 4. “Supplier of the Company” means any person or entity that provided goods or services to the Company at any time during the twelve months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment.
