Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person who is required to obtain bids for the Trading Price in accordance with Section 5.01(C)(i)(2) and the definition of “Trading Price.” The initial Bid Solicitation Agent on the Issue Date will be the Company; provided, however, that the Company may appoint any other Person (including itself or any of its Subsidiaries) to be the Bid Solicitation Agent at any time after the Issue Date without prior notice to the Holders.

More Definitions of Bid Solicitation Agent

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Trustee or such other Person as may be appointed from time to time by the Company, without prior notice to the Holders, to solicit market bid quotations for the Notes in accordance with Section 10.01(a)(ii).

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person appointed by the Company, from time to time, to solicit secondary market bid quotations for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 4.01(b)(ii) hereof. The Company will be the initial Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Company or the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent; provided that the Company may, in its discretion, appoint another person to replace it as Bid Solicitation Agent at any time without prior notice to the Holders.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the agent of the Company appointed to obtain quotations for the Securities as set forth under the definition of Trading Price, which such agent shall be appointed no later than the first Contingent Interest Period and shall at no time be an Affiliate of the Company. The Company may, from time to time, change the Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the financial institution appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 10.01(2). The Bid Solicitation Agent appointed by the Company shall initially be the Trustee.
