The Trading Prices shall be determined by the Bid Solicitation Agent pursuant to this subsection (b)(i) and the definition of Trading Price set forth in this Indenture.
At such time as the Company instructs the Bid Solicitation Agent (if other than the Company) in writing to obtain bids, the Company shall provide the Bid Solicitation Agent with the names and contact information for the securities dealers the Company has selected and the Company shall instruct such securities dealers to provide bids to the Bid Solicitation Agent.

Unless the Company is acting as Bid Solicitation Agent, the Company shall provide written notice to the Bid Solicitation Agent of the three independent nationally recognized securities dealers selected by the Company pursuant to the definition of Trading Price, along with appropriate contact information for each.
