Social Rent Dwelling means a Social Rent Dwelling delivered or to be delivered outside of a High Affordability Pressure Area as such area appears in the list of High Affordability Pressure Areas as at the date of this Agreement; Notifiable Event means an event of the type described in clause 8.1 (Notifications, reporting and audit) or clauses 9.1 or 9.3 (Change in circumstances); Older People's Shared Ownership Lease has the meaning attributed to it in Schedule 7 (OPSO Schemes);
Social Rent Dwelling means a Move On Dwelling let or to be let (as applicable) at a Social Rent; Start on Site Date means the date on which: the Grant Recipient and Building Contractor have entered into the Building Contract; the Building Contractor has taken possession of the Site; and the Start on Site Works to the Site have commenced. Start on Site Works means: with respect to a P&D Scheme: excavation for strip or trench foundations or for pad footings; digging out and preparation of ground for raft foundations; vibrofloatation, piling, boring for piles or pile driving; drainage works specific for the buildings forming part of that Firm Scheme; or such works of demolition or service diversion as are expressly and strictly contemplated in the section of the Capital Funding Guide entitled “Finance – Grant Claims and Payments”; with respect to a L&R Scheme: the physical Works to a Move On Dwelling; State Aid means (as the case may be): any aid granted by a Member State of the European Union or through the resources of such Member State in any form whatsoever which distorts or threatens to distort competition by favouring a particular undertaking or the production of certain goods, in so far as such aid affects trade between European Union Member States; and any aid benefit or advantage (which includes but is not limited to assets, taxes, rates, funds and land) granted by or through a public sector body which is subject to any United Kingdom Competition Requirement; Statements means the Design Statement, the Strategy Statement and the Sustainability Statement; Strategy Statement means the statement of that name (or which in substance addresses the Grant Recipient’s proposals to support Tenants to move on into fully independent living referred to in Paras 46, 54 and 55 of the Bidding Prospectus (as the same may be updated, amended or replaced from time to time)); Subcontractor means any subcontractor appointed by the Grant Recipient to undertake all or part of the Works;

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Operating Expenses is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund (or Class, as applicable), including the Advisor’s investment advisory or management fee detailed in the Investment Advisory Agreement and any Rule 12b-1 fees and other expenses described in the Investment Advisory Agreement, but does not include taxes, leverage interest, brokerage commissions, dividend and interest expenses on short sales, acquired fund fees and expenses (as determined in accordance with SEC Form N-1A), expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, or extraordinary expenses such as litigation expenses.
