Net Rent definition

Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).
Net Rent means the annual rent payable by the Tenant under Section 2.02.
Net Rent means the fixed base rental amount paid by tenants under the terms of the related lease agreement less any portion of that base rent used by landlord to offset real estate taxes, utility charges, and other operating expenses incurred in connection with the leased space. Examples of Net Rent in a sentence

  • Landlord may retain any surplus Net Rent remaining at the expiration of the Term.

  • If the Net Rent Landlord actually receives from reletting exceeds such Rent, Landlord will apply the excess sum to future Rent due under this Lease.

  • ANTIBIOTICS AND GROWTH ADDITIVES: Continuous improvement toward reduction of antibiotics and growth additives in foods served.

  • Maximum Chargeable Rent (Net Rent): Gross Rent less Utility Allowance paid by the Tenant.

More Definitions of Net Rent

Net Rent means the net rent (exclusive of Service Charge and other sums) payable by the Tenant to the Landlord in accordance with the Offer Letter, Clause 5.1 and the Side Letter(s), if any.
Net Rent means all Rent Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, after first deducting the Re-entry Costs and any other amounts owed by Tenant to Landlord.
Net Rent means, for the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries for any period, the aggregate rent expense (excluding common area maintenance charges and taxes) for the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries for such period other than (1) rent expense under vehicle, machinery, airplane and other equipment leases, (2) Capitalized Lease Obligations and (3) synthetic lease obligations, minus rental income received from franchisees and third parties during such period including without limitation, pursuant to (i) leases of owned Real Property to franchisees and/or third parties, (ii) subleases to such franchisees or third parties, as the case may be, and (iii) leases that have been assigned to such franchisees or third parties, as the case may be, in which the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as applicable, remains liable for the payment of rent under such lease to the extent that rent payments are actually made, all as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Net Rent means the base net rent due for the Subleased Premises during the Sublease Term in the amounts set forth on Exhibit “E” attached hereto:
Net Rent means the combination of Base Rent and Variable Rent.
Net Rent means the annual rate set forth under Basic Lease Information.
