SNAP benefits means benefits provided by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, established by the Food Stamp Act of 1964, approved August 31, 1964 (78 Stat. 703; 7 U.S.C. § 2011 et seq.).

Pricing: Vendors are responsible for pricing their items legibly and avoiding predatory or undercutting practices. No items are to be considered “loss leaders”. Moreover, vendors may not engage in hawking and/or calling out to attract customers. Market Hours: Vendors are discouraged from making sales before market opening. Vendors are encouraged to arrive no earlier than is necessary for set up with an hour before being the maximum amount of time. Please remember the Holiday Inn allows us the use of their property with the expectation that the market is open from 3-6 PM. In the event of inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, the market manager may waive this guideline. Vendors are expected to be present for the entire market hours. Vendors are expected to make arrangements with the market manager if they need to come late or leave early. Vendor Code of Conduct: Vendors must exhibit courtesy and cooperation with other vendors, patrons, and visitors to the market. Vendors should present themselves in an appropriate manner, dress, and state of cleanliness. Shirts and foot coverings should be worn in the vendor area.
