Vendor Code of Conduct. In furtherance of its longstanding commitment to fundamental human rights, to the dignity of all people, and to the environment, the University has developed the Code of Conduct for University of Connecticut Vendors (the “Vendor Code of Conduct”). Vendor Code of Conduct. This Vendor Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”) applies to all vendors (“Vendors”) who provide services and goods to Lxxx’x Companies, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries (“Lowe’s”). Vendor Code of Conduct. The City of Saratoga Springs is committed to conduct business in a lawful and ethical manner and expects the same standards from Vendors/suppliers that the City conducts business with. The City requires that all Vendors/suppliers abide by this Code of Conduct.
