Signing Authorities definition

Signing Authorities means the positions that have been delegated the authority from the respective Board, the by-laws of the Corporation or an Entity, as the case may be or this Policy or the Internal Delegation of Authority Policy to sign an Agreement on behalf of the respective Corporation or Entity and “Signing Authority” means any one of the Signing Authorities.
