GC1.13 CONFLICT OF INTEREST 1) It is a term of the Contract that no individual, for whom the post-employment provisions of the Conflict of Interest and Post-Employment Code for Public Office Holders or the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Service apply, shall derive a direct benefit from the Contract unless that individual is in compliance with the applicable post-employment provisions.
