Office Holders means any of the Office Holders of the Federation elected according to these Rules.

Previously Adjudicated Proof has the meaning given to that term in clause 7.5. Priority Claim means an Established Scheme Claim which is a debt or claim to which section 556 of the Corporations Act would apply in the winding up.
Office Holders means those Committee Members referred to by that designation in clause 9.2.
