Aeronautical authorities definition

Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the People’s Republic of China, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, and, in the case of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Communications, or in the case of either of the Contracting Parties, any person or body authorized to perform any functions exercised by the said authorities.
Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the United States, the Department of Transportation and in the case of [country], the [appropriate entity], and any person or agency authorized to perform functions exercised by the Department of Transportation or said [appropriate entity];
Aeronautical authorities means in the case of India the Director General of Civil Aviation and in the case of Afghanistan Director General of Civil Aviation and in both cases any person or body authorised to perform the functions exercised by the above-mentioned authorities.

  • When a Contracting Party has reasonable grounds to believe that the other Contracting Party has departed from the aviation security provisions of this Article, the Aeronautical Authorities of the first Contracting Party may request immediate consultations with the Aeronautical Authorities of the other Contracting Party.

  • In a spirit of close cooperation the Aeronautical Authorities of the Contracting Parties may consult each other from time to time with a view to ensuring the implementation of, and satisfactory compliance with, the provisions of this Agreement.

Aeronautical authorities means for each Party the authority or authorities as notified in writing from time to time by one Party to the other Party;

Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation, and any person or agency authorized to perform any functions on civil aviation exercised by the said Authority, or similar functions, and in the case of the Government of the United States, the Department of Transportation, or its successor;
Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of New Zealand, the Minister responsible for civil aviation and any person or agency authorised to perform the functions of the said Minister, and in the case of Australia, the Minister responsible for civil aviation and any authority or authorities as notified in writing from time to time to the other Party;
