AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. Pursuant to this Limited Power of Attorney, individuals holding the titles of Officer, Blue Sky Manager or Senior Blue Sky Administrator at the Administrator shall have authority to act on behalf of the Funds with respect to items 1 and 2 above. The execution of this limited power of attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by the Administrator of such termination of authority. Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the appointment of the Administrator as or otherwise authorize the Administrator to act as an officer, director or employee of the Trust.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. If You establish Your Account with authorized signers, or You subsequently appoint any authorized signers, You understand and agree that the Credit Union will not at any time be liable for the actions of such authorized signers and/or be obligated to ensure that their actions are in accordance with any instructions You have provided to them. Any appointment of an authorized signer, together with any subsequent revocation or change must be in writing and in a form acceptable to Us. It is Your responsibility to determine any legal effects related to Your appointing any authorized signers on Your Account.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. The execution of this limited power of attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by Bank of such termination of authority. Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the appointment of the Bank as or otherwise authorize the Bank to act as an officer, director or employee of the Funds.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. Pursuant to this Limited Power of Attorney, individuals holding the titles of Managing Director, Vice President, Compliance Officer, Compliance Group Manager, Compliance Manager, or Compliance Fund Administrator at Boston Financial shall have authority to act on behalf of the Funds with respect to items 1 and 2 above. The execution of this limited power of attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by Boston Financial of such termination of authority. Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the appointment of Boston Financial as or otherwise authorize Boston Financial to act as an officer, director or employee of the Trust.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. The Department Director or designee is authorized to sign this Grant Agreement and grant-related documents on behalf of the Department. Grantee’s Authorized Signatory or designee is authorized to sign this Grant Agreement and grant-related documents as shown in the Authorized Signatory Form (Attachment 2). Grantee must keep Authorized Signatory Forms up to date. Within seven (7) working days of any change to the authorized signatory or to the delegated authorized signatory, Grantee shall notify the Department in writing of the change. The written notice shall be sent as an electronic mail (email) attachment to be filed with the Grant Agreement.

The execution of this Limited Power of Attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by SS&C DST of such termination of authority. Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the appointment of SS&C DST as or otherwise authorize SS&C DST to act as an officer, director or employee of the Investment Manager.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. All applications for service or other requests or orders relating to the provision of service must be executed by the consumer or the consumer’s authorized agent. An officer or authorized representative may submit applications for service or other requests or orders on behalf of an association, company, corporate entity, or government agency.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. The Company will execute Exhibit C-1 and deliver an executed Exhibit C-2 to this Make Good Agreement concurrent with the execution hereof.

Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the appointment of State Street as or otherwise authorize State Street to act as an officer, trustee or employee of the Fund.
AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. The listed officers, authorized agents, or trustees, as applicable of the Account Owner presently occupy the positions shown on the front side and are authorized to transact business on behalf of the Account Owner.
