An operation conducted in a well, after it has been Completed in one or more Producible Reservoirs, to restore, maintain, or improve Hydrocarbon production from one or more of those Producible Reservoirs, but specifically excluding drilling, Sidetracking, Deepening, Completing, or Recompleting the well.
No party shall conduct any Reworking, Deepening, Plugging Back, Completion, Recompletion, or Sidetracking operation under this agreement with respect to any well then capable of producing in paying quantities except with the consent of all parties that have not relinquished interests in the well at the time of such operation.
If a Participating Party in a well elects not to participate in the Deepening or Sidetracking operation in the well, such non-consenting Party shall become a Non-participating Party in all operations conducted in the Deepened or Sidetracked portion of the well after that election.
