Other Security Sample Clauses

Other Security. To the extent that the Obligations are now or hereafter secured by property other than the Collateral or by the guarantee, endorsement or property of any other person, firm, corporation or other entity, then the Agent shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to pursue, relinquish, subordinate, modify or take any other action with respect thereto, without in any way modifying or affecting any of the Secured Partiesrights and remedies hereunder.
Other Security. To the extent that any of the Secured Obligations are now or hereafter secured by property other than the Collateral (including, without limitation, real property and securities owned by an Obligor), or by a guarantee, endorsement or property of any other Person, then the Administrative Agent shall have the right to proceed against such other property, guarantee or endorsement upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, and the Administrative Agent shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which rights, security, liens, security interests or remedies the Administrative Agent shall at any time pursue, relinquish, subordinate, modify or take with respect thereto, without in any way modifying or affecting any of them or the Secured Obligations or any of the rights of the Administrative Agent or the holders of the Secured Obligations under this Agreement, under any other of the Loan Documents or under any other document relating to the Secured Obligations.
Other Security. The taking or accepting of any other security, collateral or guaranty, or other assurance of payment, for all or any part of the Obligations;
Other Security. Lender, in its sole discretion, without waiving or releasing any obligation, liability or duty of Borrower under this Agreement or the Other Agreements or any Event of Default, may at any time or times hereafter, but shall not be obligated to, pay, acquire or accept an assignment of any security interest, lien, encumbrance or claim asserted by any Person in, upon or against the Collateral. All sums paid by Lender in respect thereof and all costs, fees and expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees, all court costs and all other charges relating thereto incurred by Lender shall constitute Liabilities, payable by Borrower to Lender on demand and, until paid, shall bear interest at the highest rate then applicable to Loans hereunder.
Other Security. To the extent that any of the Pledgor Obligations are now or hereafter secured by property other than the Pledged Collateral (including, without limitation, real and other personal property owned by a Pledgor), or by a guarantee, endorsement or property of any other Person, then the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have the right to proceed against such other property, guarantee or endorsement upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders have the right, in their sole discretion, to determine which rights, security, liens, security interests or remedies the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall at any time pursue, relinquish, subordinate, modify or take with respect thereto, without in any way modifying or affecting any of them or any of the Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ rights or the Pledgor Obligations under this Pledge Agreement, under any other of the Loan Documents or under any Swap Contract between any Loan Party and any Lender (to the extent the obligations of such Loan Party thereunder constitute Obligations).
Other Security. Lender may take or release other security for the payment of the Debt, may release any party primarily or secondarily liable therefor and may apply any other security held by it to the reduction or satisfaction of the Debt without prejudice to any of its rights under this Assignment.
Other Security. The terms of this contract are considered to provide adequate security to the Government for advance payments; however, if the administering office considers the security inadequate, the Contractor shall furnish additional security satisfactory to the administering office, to the extent that the security is available.
Other Security. Collateral (other than household goods or any dwelling) given as security under this Agreement or for any other loan You may have with Us will secure all amounts You owe Us now and in the future if that status is reflected in the "Truth- in-Lending Disclosure" in any particular Agreement evidencing such debt.

Other Security. The Mortgagee shall be entitled to enforce payment and performance of any of the obligations of the Mortgagor and to exercise all rights and powers under this Mortgage or under any Loan Document or any laws now or hereafter in force, notwithstanding that some or all of the Obligations may now or hereafter be otherwise secured, whether by mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, Lien, assignment or otherwise; neither the acceptance of this Mortgage nor its enforcement, whether by court action or pursuant to the power of sale or other powers herein contained, shall prejudice or in any manner affect the Mortgagee’s right to realize upon or enforce any other security now or hereafter held by the Mortgagee, it being stipulated that the Mortgagee shall be entitled to enforce this Mortgage and any other security now or hereafter held by the Mortgagee in such order and manner as the Mortgagee, in its sole discretion, may determine; every power or remedy given by the Loan Agreement, this Mortgage or any of the other Loan Documents to the Mortgagee, or to which the Mortgagee is otherwise entitled, may be exercised, concurrently or independently, from time to time and as often as may be deemed expedient by the Mortgagee, and the Mortgagee may pursue inconsistent remedies.
