Corporate Guarantee definition

Corporate Guarantee means the guarantee executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Corporate Guarantor in favour of the Bank in the form set out in schedule 2;
Corporate Guarantee means the guarantee required to be executed hereunder by the relevant Corporate Guarantor in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;

More Definitions of Corporate Guarantee

Corporate Guarantee means each of the unconditional, irrevocable and on demand guarantees required to be executed hereunder by the Corporate Guarantors in such form as the Lenders may require in their sole discretion, and in the plural means both of them;
Corporate Guarantee means an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee given or, as the context may require, to be given by the Parent Company in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender as security for the Outstanding Indebtedness and any and all other obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and the Security Documents, as the same may from time to time be amended and/or supplemented;
